REGISTRATION FORM

Sign up to the workshops by filling the registration form underneath. By completing the form, you agree to pay the fees of the workshops you have chosen, as well as to act according to the terms and conditions of WEAREKREATIV's workshops (listed below the form).

All registrations will be confirmed by email within 4 business days. Only a confirmed registration will secure a place in the workshop(s). Places are limited and will be filled in order of registration. If a workshop is full, you can register to the queue.

Note! The registrations of a person under the age of 18 must be made by a guardian.

Filming

I accept the filming of myself / my child during the workshop. Images and videos can be used in marketing and advertising.

Terms & conditions for Workshops

The workshops shall be paid by card payment (payments are done before/after class).
Registration is binding, and will be confirmed separately by email. All cancellations must be made no later than one day (24 hours) before the start of the workshop, by email to laura@wearekreativ.fi. Cancellations made less than a day before the workshop will be charged 50% of the workshop price, unless the registrant has a medical certificate to present. No-show does not equal as a cancellation, and if the cancellation has not been done via email under the above-stated time frame, the price of the workshop will be fully charged. Please inform us of any cancellation as soon as possible so that any people in the queue can be included in the workshop.
A workshop will be organized if there is a minimum of 8 persons signed up per workshop. A possible cancellation from WEAREKREATIV's part will be informed to the signed up attendees at the latest 24h before the workshop is scheduled to start.
